Our first full release fresh crop coffee for 2022!
This coffee comes to us through Herbert at LaREB / 575 Cafe, like most of our Colombian offerings. La Celiandia is a classic regional microlot from a handful of farms in and around Risaralda.
It’s a dense coffee that picks up development interestingly in the roaster, and is able to hit beautiful clean washed “classic cup” vibes at light roast levels and again at medium and deeper.
This roast is light, but just finding a touch of roast. It has very present, vibrant acidity, resembling that of fresh cut apples. But the taste is all you expect from Colombian coffees. This is one that I will drink by the liter, not by the cup.
