Description
This is our first fresh crop Ethiopia of the season. Most of the rest of our Ethiopia offerings arrive in country in mid summer, but this one was a spring arrival, through Trabocca.
We like this coffee light and bright, to focus on black tea notes and lively lemon-citrus acidity. We also like it for deeper roasts as part of our Green Eyes blend. You’ll see this one in various forms at our cafe all summer long.
