We drink coffee strong, and black most of the time… but not bitter or roasty.
The thing is, that darker vibe is great, too, and sometimes we miss it.
So here it is again. This is a special roast of Brazilian and Honduran coffees, roasted just to the start of second crack. Past the bright stuff. Past the floral stuff and the front-of-palate fruit. Right into the dark chocolate and tobacco. Great for cold brew, great for espresso, great for “I need my coffee darker” and totally ideal for “I like to add a little cream to my coffee.”
