Description
This is SUPER CLOSE to Green Eyes.
We deleted the fruity part of the blend, and roasted maybe 1-2% darker, with a slightly different approach, to focus on a little more boldness and more of those “classic cup notes” so that this coffee can play double duty as a breakfast drinker or when pairing with dessert at a family dinner.
The blend is made up of a super high end Brazil pulp natural, which in a non tariff world, we would have been offering as a real high value single origin, and our bread and butter chocolate-and-brown sugar-and-pipe tobacco Honduras Cafesa regional blender.
This coffee sells itself, because you can just keep chugging away. This would be an GREAT choice for someone working with a new Breville espresso machine and trying to get viable modern home espresso (as opposed to traditional dark.)
Aaron’s complicated review:
“Big. Robust. Precise. This coffee wants to be paired with holiday candy or after dinner treats. The bigger the batch, the more articulate the taste. Notes of dark chocolate, currant, and fresh bread out of the oven. This coffee can jump start your day or finish off your night equally well.”
Sorry about the picture. š I’ll get a real one soon, I swear.
